Programs
Bi-Monthly -The Initial visit we do a full Interior and Exterior treatment including the garage. After that treatments are on the Exterior. All pest are coming from the outside and the products we use our safe, however we try to limit pesticides on the interior. We will treat the interior upon customer request. We will also remove any visible and reachable spider webs.
Quarterly Program- How it works-The exact same as the Bi-Monthly program with 2 less visits. The higher frequency program is great for customers that have a lower tolerance of insects around their home.
Mosquito & Tick Program

Attic Treatments
Treating the attic is crucial in order to effectively manage and control infestations of Brown Recluse Spiders or Silverfish. This process is typically performed once a year, as the products used are designed to provide long-lasting protection within the enclosed space of the attic. This treatment is commonly scheduled during the Winter months, when pests are more likely to seek shelter indoors, ensuring maximum efficacy in eradicating and preventing future pest issues in your home.
Rodent
Control
Mice, Rats, Voles - this comprehensive pest control program can be implemented as a standalone service or incorporated into any existing pest management plan. Our skilled technicians strategically place Tamper Resistant Bait Stations around the exterior of your home to effectively address rodent infestations. These stations are regularly serviced either 4 or 6 times per year, ensuring continuous protection for your property. Each rodent bait station is mounted on a concrete block so it stays in place.
Commercial
Pest Control
We offer a reliable monthly commercial pest control service tailored for retail, industrial, and warehouse environments. Our expert team utilizes effective spraying and bait traps to ensure your space remains pest-free, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your business!
Mole Control
We use a combination of Traps and Bait (Worms) to eliminate moles in your yard. There is no way to prevent new moles from coming into your yard.
Stinging Insects
We can take care of Bald Face Hornet Aerial Nest, Yellow Jacket Ground Nest, Paper Wasps nests, Mud Daubers, And Carpenter Bees. Don't try to take care of these guys on your own and get Stung.
Termites
We offer two options to treat termites.
1st option-Termite monitoring which has a monitoring device inside the station. If Termites are found, we replace the monitoring device with Termite Bait (Trelona) in the station where they were found.
2nd option-Termite bait stations fully loaded with Trelona which has the active ingredient Novaluron. When termites find and feed on the bait, they take it back to the colony and it spreads like a virus eliminating the colony.

Neil Johnson
Hi, I am Neil Johnson, owner of The Xterminator. I have been in Pest Control over 14 years. We are family owned and locally operated. We are fully licensed and insured. One thing that separates us from other companies is that we focus solely on Pest Control and the owner will be showing up to do the work.
My education and Qualifications background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fontbonne College, Certificate in Pest Management from Purdue University, Certified Applicator Licence through the Mo Department of Agriculture in multiple Categories. Community Involvement: I am a member of The O'fallon Chamber, member in Networking Groups in the St. Charles Area, and a Volunteer at St. Peters Bmx Track in Old Town St. Peters.
I have been married to my wife Chantelle for 17 years. Together we have 1 Daughter Payton who is 12 years old. We are involved in Club Soccer and Bmx Racing which keeps us very busy when we are not working.

FAQs
After my Initial visit, when will you come back?
You can expect us within 60 or 90 days. We will discuss and determine which service and frequency is best for you on our initial visit.
Do I really need service in the winter months?
Yes, remember pests are really trying to get in your home especially when its starts getting cold. Wintertime is an excellent time to get the interior of your home treated.
What if it Rains?
All of our materials and products we use are designed for all weather conditions. Many areas of your home where we make an application are protected from rain with over hangs such as up against the foundation and the front porch.
Are all Pests covered under the General Pest Programs?
No, Pest such as German Roaches, Bed Bugs, Termites, Fleas, Yellow jackets in the ground, Bald Face Hornet Nest require specialized treatments which fall outside the scope of general pest control. But don't worry we can take care of all those pests too.
Why don't you treat the inside of my home every visit?
The majority of pests come from the outside. By treating the exterior, we are applying material where the insects are. We have found most of our customers prefer this as it is more convenient for them while limiting pesticide use on the interior of the home as a as needed basis.
